AK 47 with English translation

I understand AK of the Utah Jazz completely!!! Let me translate what I see and understand just from my own experiences......
Ok, fact:
U know the man can play defense and almost always puts 110% into most games.
What frustrates him is that when he gets a shot on the other side of the court, and without handling the ball enough to get warmed up, he will miss some shots.
Now once he does miss a shot he knows full well that it might be a while before coach calls a play for him again. Well thats the negitive coaching he is talking about.
If the coach could just learn to relax a little bit (just a little Jerry) and not put that extra pressure on him and alot of other guy's they may just all play up to their potentials. So play on AK and Jerry take off the leash's and let em have fun on the court and lets see what they come up with.... Thanks
